inconsistent room cleaningsour taste
Our room cleaning was inconsistent, frustrating. The room was scheduled to be cleaned twice during the week, but I had to ask about it the first time. No one showed up the second time. A few things like this created a sour taste.

filtered watercomplex layout
the resort features a convenient filtered water tap right in the room this amenity reduced the need to purchase bottled water i also appreciated the complex layout it provided easy access to both the beach and nearby shops and restaurants

The staff was kind. I found them very helpful. The apartments have everything you need. Wifi was excellent .
I had an issue with mold in the bathroom shower area. This needs addressing. There are some simple treatments for removing mold from grout and silicone. i think the hotel could focus on this more. No pool towels were available and there was a charge for them.

the apartment was very well equipped. the air conditioning worked efficiently. the ground floor apartment was perfect and allowed easy walking to the decent sized pool. its location provided easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.
i found it inconvenient that the sun loungers had to be booked in advance each day.

the staff are friendly and polite. they provided excellent service, which helped. the reception operates 24 hours, so assistance is always available.

the restaurant baily's serves good quality food. happy hour is available twice a day (1-2 pm and 5-6 pm). i found the food at the bar to be pretty good.

the apartment was spacious and well-kept. it featured a dishwasher and cooker. i appreciated that tea towels, washing up liquid, and dishwasher tablets were provided. towel changes were frequent and good.

The apartment had a tap with filtered water. It was helpful. the staff was also friendly
The sun loungers had to be booked EVERY day in advance. that system was not great and i did not always get one. also, there wasn't much entertainment for children. A kids club would HAVE been nice
