inconsistent room cleaning sour taste
Our room cleaning was inconsistent, frustrating. The room was scheduled to be cleaned twice during the week, but I had to ask about it the first time. No one showed up the second time. A few things like this created a sour taste.

filtered water complex layout
the resort features a convenient filtered water tap right in the room this amenity reduced the need to purchase bottled water i also appreciated the complex layout it provided easy access to both the beach and nearby shops and restaurants

decent place to stay
kind staff excellent wifi well-equipped apartment bathroom mold pool towels shower area
The staff was kind. I found them very helpful. The apartments have everything you need. Wifi was excellent .
I had an issue with mold in the bathroom shower area. This needs addressing. There are some simple treatments for removing mold from grout and silicone. i think the hotel could focus on this more. No pool towels were available and there was a charge for them.

The apartment had a tap with filtered water. It was helpful. the staff was also friendly
The sun loungers had to be booked EVERY day in advance. that system was not great and i did not always get one. also, there wasn't much entertainment for children. A kids club would HAVE been nice

beach location home feel full kitchen
the hotel location is near the beach. shops, bars, and restaurants are close. the apartment had everything i needed.
i found some mould in the bathroom shower area. it needs simple treatments.
